Story:

The usual gang of Shinsengumi except for Toshizo are having a secret meeting. Chizuru reports it to Toshizo and then he tells her that to report to him if she finds something else. She then overhears Itou losing something important that he doesn't want others to find out. When she went into her room I'm not sure if it's her room she finds a box and then proceeding to open it and the unexpected happened.

Hijikata Toshizo

Chizuru goes to Hajikata's room and saw him smiling at a piece of paper. When he sees her, he panics in embarrassment. The piece of paper is haiku written by him btw. Okay after some talking which I didn't understand much, Chizuru went to her room I'm not sure if it's her room and she saw a box then opened it making her fall asleep or unconscious. When she woke up she sees herself in chibi mode and was panicking. She was so cute in here~ :3

She encounters Hijikata and asks what's going on. He answered that doesn't know. Then they decided that they should find the Shinsengumi or more preferably Kondou. Suddenly a wild door appeared! Get ready to capture the pokemon! A door appeared and they wondered if their was a door like that in Shinsengumi's HQ in the first place. They went inside and they appeared in Hijikata's room which was a mess.

So the first mini game begins, give Hijikata what he needs by pressing the button on screen. It was easy and Chizuru is super cute... He then noticed that an important paper is missing then they saw another door and so they went in.

They find Souji and it turns out that he was the one who stole the paper. Souji is super cute~!! I see him as a cat. Souji will only it give back if Chizuru finds it.

After Chizuru finds it, he gave it back to Hijikata but then Souji recites what's on the paper. It turns out that what's written on the paper is haiku and Souji memorized it. Chizuru is now confuse as she thought it was something precious to the Shinsengumi. Hijikata then explains that it was written by some guy and even insults it to prevent from Chizuru knowing that it was him who wrote it.

Souji runs away and they saw the next door, they opened it and finds Sannan angry that Sano, Shinpachi and Heisukei went away leaving Sannan in charge of the HQ. Sannan's face is too scary for a chibi... Kondou isn't back yet from his meeting and so he decided to go pick him up. Rounins appeared, Chizuru helps Hijikata by throwing stones at the Rounins. After the fight, they safely escorted Kondou back to HQ. The three of them had tea and cookies while Chizuru is... on the side line, serving them... That's kinda unfair... Me wantz cookies too... T_T She then got woken up by Yamazaki and turns out the chibi thingy is a dream after all. In the end I'm not sure if Hijikata invited her but they went out to sakura gazing. Aw... Not enough lovey dovey...

Okita Souji

In the first part, the same thing happens except that Chizuru goes to Souji's room instead of Hijikata's. She wants to ask him about their meeting earlier. She finds Kondou lecturing Souji to eat more healthy food and he even prepared a food for him to eat which is black. It kinda looked more like a poison than healthy food. Kondou leaves Chizuru and Souji alone and this girl can't just help but ask what Souji's eating. Souji shared a bit of his food and she got disgusted by it. Despite the taste, Souji still finished the food. He's just way too kind to Kondou... Good thing he's not gay.. o.o He then says that he's tired and so Chizuru left and went to her room then finds the box, opened it, poof! Chibi world again.

She then fell into a hole and Souji teases her from falling into a simple trap like that. The way he tells her to reach his hand is just way too cute :3 He even looks like a cat :3 Chizuru asked who made the traps and he simply just says it was him making Chizuru fall silent. They saw the door and opened it.

They appeared outside and finds Yamazaki. He tries to persuade Souji to meet Hijikata but he refuses, he then gets angry and put his ninja suit. Wonder how'd he do that in an instant O.O. He forces Souji to come with him for Hijikata.

The mini game: Souji will dodge Yamazaki's katana and shurikens. Souji wins. They sees the next door and opened it.

Inside was Kondou, Chizuru was about to say something but Souji interrupts her not say something unnecessary causing her to shut her mouth. Kondou talks about Hijikata being injured lately with traps and so he locked up Souji along with Chizuru in a cage then went away to call for Hijikata. Souji tries to use his katana to break free from the cage but failed, Something falls down on Chizuru's head and they saw it was keys, it seems that Kondou left it. I'm not sure if he forgot it or left it for them to escape since he's just too kind.

Mini game: Chizuru helps Souji in using the keys by pressing the correct keys that are shown. After escaping, they see another door. Souji is excited as he was sure that behind the door is Hijikata who is the last boss. But when they opened it, they only find a Chizuru clone/doppelganger. Both says that they are the real ones but Souji distinguished the real from fake.

He swings his katana at the fake one only to find out it was Kaoru. He asked how did he know that he was the fake one, Souji answered that Chizuru's breast isn't that big which made Chizuru embarrassed. Poor Chizruru... well, at least she's cute. Kaoru states that he wants to take his sister Chizuru but she refused. Kaoru suddenly shoves something in her mouth, the effect is that everything she says and do is the opposite from what she is suppose to say/do. Kaoru asked her if what she thinks about Souji and she shouts she hated him.

Mini game: press the opposite button which is shown on the screen. Kaoru fails and escapes. Souji then tells Chizuru that if what she says was opposite then the meaning of her words when she says she hates him is- he was cut off by Hijikata who suddenly appeared angry at him. Dang it Hijikata! She then got woken up Souji. Souji went to town and is secretly being followed by Chizuru. She really did tried her best to do it secretly even to the point where she mimicked a cat's sound but in the end she was caught by him. Souji takes her to a sweet shop and talks about how he wants to be useful to Kondou but his illness is in the way. He also says that he misses Edo and the food there, he then tells Chizuru to make sweets that are delicious or else he will kill her. Yes, kill me with you love~!!!

Saito Hajime

Chizuru went to Saito's room and finds him polishing his sword. She asks what the others are doing and answers that he doesn't know and he started polishing his hand. Chizuru pointed it out and he got embarrassed and tells her that he doesn't know anything. Room -> open box -> chibi world.

She finds Saitou and they received a letter saying that Saito must bring Chizuru to Hijikata and their was insults added. Their was also a crossed out 'Kazama' beside Hijikata's name. Saitou says that Hijikata must have been tired when he wrote it so he made a mistake.

They proceeded opening the door to find themselves outside with Heisuke who is angry at Sano and Shinpachi for leaving him alone to do all the chores. He asked the two to help him by picking up chestnuts from a weird tree named something about mixed fruits. Saitou faints from thinking to hard if such a tree even existed. Chizruru gives him some kind of medicine where he immediately recovered and he helps Heisuke.

Mini game: catch the chestnuts falling from the tree. After that, a pointy something from the tree was about to fall in Chizruru but Saitou sliced it. When he landed, the same pointy something hits him in the head and he faints. Chizuru then gives him a medicine. Chizuru points out that he's still bleeding but he says that it was no problem.

They went to the next door and finds Sano in need to defeat some rounins. Mini game: find the rounin that is on the wanted poster. After that, Sano teases them that they are eloping which Saitou thinks it might be a good idea. On to the next door, at first it was dark and then papers falls down. I'm not sure what's written in it but I think all of it are letters. Then a spotlight activated and Kazama showed up. Saitou then realizes that he got tricked. Kazama insults Saitou, even calling him a dog, and tells him to leave Chizuru with him.

Mini game: Encourage Saitou from Kazama's insults. After enduring it, Sen-hime showed up along with her loyal servant. She then asks Kazama for the payment for the spotlight fee and room fee. Kazama runs away and Sen-hime along with her servant chases after him. They went back to HQ only to find Hijikata swinging his sword at Souji. Saitou says something to Chizuru sorry I don't really know x.x and they held hand chasing after Souji I'm not sure about this but they did hold hands. Souji then asks why are they holding hands and Saitou blushed. Chizuru then got woken up by Saitou, they went outside for patrol. Sakura leaves went to Chizuru's head and Saitou pulls it away then he blushed and apologizes.

Toudou Heisuke

Chizuru went on patrol with Heisuke and while doing so, she asked him what they are talking about earlier but he refused to answer then suddenly a dog named Hachi jump on him. Isn't Hachi the name of the dog who waited for his dead master at the train station for almost 10 years? Chizuru pets the dog until it calmed down and the owner came running to them then thanking them. The owner is a member of a circus and they got invited to watch. They went back to HQ and the usual happened, Chizuru going to her room -> opens box -> chibi world.

While Chizuru is not feeling well with being chibified, Heisuke is doing alright, he even murmurs that Chizuru looks cute but sadly the girl didn't hear him. You deaf girl?! They opened the door and finds Gen-san angry. He looks so older than usual o.o. He looks at them and scolds Heisuke about him running away from his chores, Heisuke tells him that it's his first time hearing that he had chores to do. Sano and Shinpachi escaped from their duty making Gen-san get angry more. He leaves the both of them and expects Heisuke to do his work.

Mini game: Help Heisuke do the laundry by catching the clothes that he throws and put it on the wire to be dried off. After that, Chizuru cooked something for them to eat. Heisuke compliments her cooking and even says that her soon to be husband would be happy for having such a good wife. At this, they both gets embarrassed and Heisuke asked for more to break the silence. Heisuke mentioned something about taking his revenge on Sano and Shinpachi. When they opened the next door, they find themselves on the courtyard and it's already night time. Then they heard Sannan who is having issues on his bloodthirsty craving at the moment. They sees the next door but must pass through Sannan who is on his guard.

Mini game: run and hide for your lives! When they reached for the door, it seems to be stuck and won't open. Sannan is coming closer to them but his phone or more like a can with string on it rings and walks away. They sighed in relief and opened the door. Then they find themselves on the middle of the town.

They see Sano and Shinpachi who are drunk, Sano telling the tale on how he got his scar on his stomach while Shinpachi is just too drunk. Heisuke got mad at them for leaving him with the chores and challenged them into a fight. He took out his sword and attacks them but both of the drunkard broked his sword. Then they proceeded to invite Chizuru out for a drink which Heisuke refused for her.

Mini game: run and jump away from the drunkards! When they got away, Heisuke tells Chizuru that his day was the worst but then says it wan't really that bad because he got to spend some time with Chizuru and he blushes. I'm not sure if Chizuru heard him or not. Hijikata then finds them. Chizuru wokes up from her sleep by Heisuke and invites her for a date for everything that she had done. Chizuru doesn't quite understand but agrees anyway. She said that they should go to the circus where they got invited, Heisuke wasn't too happy about the idea of a 'couple' going to watch a lame circus show but agrees anyway. Chizuru is enjoying the show while Heisuke is looking bored but he later got interested on the show. When the show for the dog is about to start, it noticed Heisuke and runs to him.

Harada Sanosuke

Chizuru decides to ask Sano about what the Shinsengumi are planning. She sees him talking to a little girl, she gave something which he thanked the little girl and she said welcome along with calling him an old man which shocked him. He sees Chizuru and talked about something... She went to her room, finds a box, opens it and went to chibi world.

She got woken up by Sano and together they went to look around. When they went to the kitchen, they see Shinpachi looking a lot in trouble. He explained that Hijikata blames him for the mess in the kitchen but he doesn't know anything of it. It turns out that the cats are the culprit and thus the first mini game commence!

Mini game: capture the cats. Chizuru gets scratch by one of the cats and Sano kissed her hand saying that it will make it better but Chizuru only panicked and blushed. Sano then decides to find Hijikata because he isn't the type to blame anyone, so he suspects that he may have something in mind that's troubling him. A door appeared with a note saying something like after passing two doors then they'll find Hijikata. Chizuru first opened it but then closed it, she opened it again and closes it. Sano asks what's wrong and he decides to open it himself, but he also closed it. But they have no choice so they opened it and went inside.

They find Saito doing strange movements and he didn't notice the two. Sano shouts at him making him turn around and sees them both. Sano asked what he was doing and he replied that Hijikata asked him to dance in front of important people and he is practicing. He then asks Sano to teach him as he always dance when he is drunk.

Mini game: teach Saito how to dance. Sano laughs at Saito when he was dancing which Saito only ignored and keep dancing. Sano then says that he should forget the dance thingy because he'll try to persuade Hijikata to stop the dancing thingy. Saito was glad but he then faints because of tiredness from dancing. A door appeared and they went inside.

They find themselves inside Hijikata's room and Hijikata himself. It seems that Hijikata is stressed from work and not thinking clearly. Sano decides that the best medicine for Hijikata is to get him drunk and take a rest.

Mini game: say something to comfort Hijikata. After Hijikata is fast asleep, Chizuru serves Sano some sake. She then get woken up by Sano and Shinpachi. Shinpachi went away and Sano takes Chizuru to a sweet shop. He then gave her something which made Chizuru happy.

Kazama Chikage

She falls asleep at the beginning of the game and dreamed about her marrying Kazama. She freaked out and woked up from it. Then that's where she hears something about the Shinsengumi planning something. She went to her room -> finds a box and opened it -> chibi world.

She got woken up by Kazama who went to HQ to annoy the Shisengumi but they were nowhere to be found so he decides to take Chizuru away and marry her.

He drags her to the first door and finds Shiranui who asks him where was he. It seems that Shiranui is in charge of sending out invitations for Chikage and Chizuru's wedding. Chizuru begs Shiranui to help her out because she is just being forced to get married. Shiranui admits that it's a bad thing for a guy to force a girl to marry so he decides to help her out which made Kazama get angry.

Mini game: Win a Rock-Paper-Scissor game. After Shiranui wins, Kazama didn't give up and hits Shiranui making him unconscious.

He then drags Chizuru to the next door where they find Amagiri. Amagiri is mad at Kazama for always fooling around and not taking his position seriously. Kazama gets mad and draws out his sword to fight Amagiri but he was easily empowered by his strength. He then starts to lecture Kazama.

Mini game: lecture/shout at Kazama. After the lecturing part, Kazama says something to Amagiri which made him happy and went away. Kazama then says something about the annoying one is gone and drags Chizuru to the next door.

They appeared in a room and sees Sen-hime and her servant. She says something about stopping the wedding and taking Chizuru away from him. Chizuru is happy but Kazama denies what Sen-hime is saying. I didn't understand what happens next but Kazama challenged Sen-hime to a game that if Chizuru wins then Sen-hime stays out of it.

Mini game: throw the fan at the vase. When Chizuru wins, she was happy about it but then forgets about the condition if she wins, that means that she'll marry Kazama. Sen-hime admits defeat and Kazama then drags Chizuru again to the next door. They find the entire Shinsengumi eating happily except for Hijikata who was yelling at them for being so lax. When he noticed the couple, he pulled out his sword at Kazama which in turn Kazama pulls out his own sword too. It seems that the Shinsengumi was invited by Shiranui to attend the wedding which made Kazama get angry. Hijikata and Kazama was about to fight but she suddenly wakes up. When she went outside to get some fresh air, he sees Hijikata and Sannan then she remembers the time where Sannan tries to strangle her and went away. While walking at the backyard, Kazama appeared which made her on guard but he says that he's not going to do anything to her, and says that he wants her to follow him because he wants to show her something. She agrees and they find themselves surrounded with Sakura trees. They were having a moment but the Shinsengumi finds them and they started to attack Kazama but he simply escaped. WHY SHINSENGUMI?! WHY?! D:

Normal Route

Chizuru finds the box in her room and gives it to Itou who was looking for it. She asks what it is and he says that he'll specially tell her because she gave it to him. He says that the box is a charm which is popular to the girls, he added that the box grants wishes. He then went away happily holding his precious box. Chizuru and Hijikata was led to place by the Shinsengumi and it turns out that the Shinsengumi planned sakura-gazing for Hijikata because he seemed stressed out fot the past few days and they want him to have fun even for a little bit. They also want to surprise Chizuru about the idea so they kept it a secret.

Overall: Okay so basically, the game is more on mini games than being lovey dovey with the men. It's okay and all but IT'S AN OTOME GAME! IT NEEDS MORE LOVEY DOVEY! And the story is quite short. The only thing good at this game are the characters being cute and the humor. But I think this game is a rip off if someone buys it. But don't take my opinion seriously, we have our own likes and dislikes.
